Abstract
Il s'agit de deux études rétrospectives réalisée à partir d'une cohorte de 33 prématurés de moins de 29 semaines de gestation, nés d'une grossesse monochoriale biamniotique entre 2006 et 2015 présentant un syndrome transfuseur transfusé ayant bénéficiés in utéro d'un traitement de laser à l'hôpital Sainte Justine à Montréal. La première étude compare le devenir à court et long terme de ces prématurés. L'objectif primaire était de comparer la mortalité entre les deux groupes et l'objectif secondaire était de comparer les morbidités en période néonatale mais également le suivi neurodéveloppemental à l'âge de 18 mois d'âge corrigé. La deuxième étude a pour but de comparer les marqueurs de la fonction rénale entre ces deux groupes. L'objectif principal était de comparer les mesures de créatinine au niveau sanguin durant les deux premières semaines de vie. L'objectif secondaire était de comparer les taux de natrémie et d'urémie entre les deux groupes.
