Abstract
Con el objetivo de sintetizar la evidencia del uso de la atorvastatina en el tratamiento de pacientes con HSC, se realizará una búsqueda sistemática en las bases de datos Medline, Scopus, Web of Science, Ovid y Cochrane. Los criterios de inclusión serán estudios en humanos intervenidos con atorvastatina para el manejo del HSC. Se considerarán los estudios publicados en inglés y español, sin restricción de fechas. La evaluación de riesgo de sesgos se realizará con la herramienta Cochrane para Ensayos Clínicos Controlados y con la escala Newcastle-Ottawa para los estudios de casos y controles y de cohorte.
