Ce document comprend trois exemples inspirés de situations réelles pour lesquelles des chercheuses et chercheurs, des gestionnaires d'établissements de santé et des intervenantes et intervenants en santé publique ont accès et utilisent des données personnelles de santé au Québec, et ce, sans le consentement des personnes.
