Abstract
Haïti est un pays francophone des caraïbes avec qui le Québec entretient des liens privilégiés, compte tenue d’une langue commune, d’une diaspora établie au Québec et des besoins énormes du pays. Dans le cadre du programme intégré de santé Haïti (PISH), un pharmacien du CHU Sainte-Justine a été désigné afin de revoir l’organisation des services et soins pharmaceutiques. Le PISH est un projet sous l’égide de la Croix-Rouge canadienne qui implique notamment le CHU Sainte-Justine. Il s’agit de la quatrième partie de cet état des lieux en pratique pharmaceutique à Haïti, réalisé dans le cadre d’une quatrième mission de 11 jours à Jacmel du 24 février au 6 mars 2015 pour la réorganisation des services et soins pharmaceutiques. La lecture de cet article devrait être précédée de trois articles précédents [1-3]. Ce quatrième article est aussi une annexe aux rapports de mission de de mars 2015 auquel Jean-François Bussières a eu le privilège de contribuer.
