a Revista Estrategia Organizacional de la Escuela de Ciencias Administrativas, Contables, Econ?micas y de Negocios de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD), se encuentra en un periodo de cambio para ampliar su p?blico lector. Estos cambios involucran no solo la renovaci?n de los comit?s editorial y cient?fico sino la transformaci?n de la pauta editorial, y el paso del formato de papel al electr?nico, mediante la conformaci?n de una p?gina web robusta y el fortalecimiento de sus contenidos en el Open Journal System. La transici?n del formato de papel al electr?nico hace parte de un movimiento internacional que propende por las buenas pr?cticas editoriales, e involucra nuestra participaci?n en las din?micas de acceso abierto, libre y gratuito al conocimiento que se gesta en las instituciones de educaci?n superior.
