Abstract
Le modèle OncoSim-Sein, élaboré par le Partenariat canadien contre le cancer et Statistique Canada, représente les événements liés au cancer du sein au sein de la population féminine du Canada. Cette étude vise à comparer les résultats de modélisation de microsimulation d’OncoSim-Sein avec de récents résultats de modèles CISNET (Cancer Intervention and Surveillance Modeling Network) pour le cancer du sein du National Cancer Institute des États-Unis. Elle s’intéresse tout particulièrement à l’incidence de l’extension du dépistage du cancer du sein aux femmes âgées de 40 à 49 ans.
