The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has produced major changes in dermatology patient care by provoking transition to virtual platforms,<sup> 1 </sup> and questioning the safety of some systemic medications.<sup> 2 </sup> These dynamics have not to date been studied in the dermatology patient population. We conducted a national online survey to describe the experiences of dermatology patients in accessing care during the pandemic and its impact on disease management. We included adults &gt;18 years of age with primary dermatologic conditions. Research ethics approval was obtained from the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. The survey was distributed for 3 months through the Canadian Skin Patient Alliance.
