Abstract
This is a photograph of a Fr. Paulhus [with hat on] on a boat with his students who are playing instruments. There is a flag at the head of the boat and a man guiding the boat.; Rev. Paulhus was born in St. Hughes, P.Q., Canada. He was ordained for Fall River, MA diocese in 1917, but was permitted by his bishop to join Maryknoll in 1920. In 1922 he was assigned to Kongmoon, where he worked in the seminary. He was expelled from China in 1951, and remained in the U.S. for the remainder of his life, which he spent chiefly teaching in Maryknoll's seminary.
