Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This dataset is part of the Yukon River Inter-Tribal Watershed Council's (YRITWC's) Indigenous Observation Network (ION) Water Monitoring Program. The YRITWC is an Indigenous grassroots non-profit organization, consisting of 74 First Nations and Tribes, dedicated to the protection and preservation of the Yukon River Watershed. The YRITWC accomplishes this by providing Yukon First Nations and Alaska Tribes in the Yukon Watershed with technical assistance, such as facilitating the development and exchange of information, coordinating efforts between First Nations and Tribes, undertaking research, and providing training, education and awareness programs to promote the health of the Watershed and its Indigenous peoples. Data generated by this program is used to assess water quality (non-point source/climate change indicators and point-source/natural and anthropogenic indicators) at water resources and within the YRB. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, United States Geological Survey, University of Alaska Fairbanks Chemistry Department and Water Environmental Research Center Laboratory, Government of Yukon Water Resources, Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation provided standard operation protocols, technical assistance, and guidance.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
