Abstract
В статье исследованы теоретические основы формирования механизма управления инвестиционной деятельностью предприятия. Раскрыты имеющиеся подходы к определению понятия и цели инвестиционного менеджмента. Отмечено, что на управление инвестиционной деятельностью влияют внутренние и внешние факторы. Управление инвестиционной деятельностью должно соответствовать стратегии и быть направленным на достижение поставленных целей в различных сферах деятельности предприятия. Рассмотрено понятие «механизм управления инвестиционной деятельностью», а также его основные элементы и принципы. Указана необходимость формирования механизма управления инвестиционной деятельностью с учетом инновационной направленности инвестиционных процессов.
