Abstract
Riset ini bertujuan guna mengetahui hubungan self-esteem dengan quarter life crisis pada dewasa awal di lingkungan Hamparan Perak. Riset ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif, subjek riset ini ialah individu dewasa awal di lingkungan Hamparan Perak. Jumlah sampel dalam riset ini sebanyak 100 individu dewasa awal. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam riset ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert, dimana terdapat skala Self-esteem dan skala Quarter Life Crisis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Korelasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi product moment menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif antara self-esteem dan quarter life crisis, (𝑟𝑥𝑦) sebesar = -0,731 dengan signifikasi p=0,000 (p0,05), artinya hipotesis riset diterima yaitu ada hubungan negatif. Koefisien determinan (𝑟2) yang memiliki nilai 0,535 atau setara dengan 53,5% maka self-esteem memberikan kontribusi sebesar 53,5% terhadap quarter life crisis, sedangkan 46,5% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain.
