L’Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), sur une proposition du Comité d’orientation de son dispositif d’observation des dynamiques culturelles et linguistiques, co-organise avec l’Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) des journées d’étude internationales, afin de mettre en lumière les opportunités, les pratiques, les modèles d’affaires émergents ainsi que les nouveaux enjeux et défis en lien avec la découvrabilité et l’accès aux contenus culturels francophones à l’ère numérique. Ces journées d’étude visent à réunir des experts et professionnels des industries culturelles (artistes, réalisateurs, producteurs, diffuseurs), des décideurs publics (représentants gouvernementaux) et des chercheurs-universitaires (professeurs, postdoctorants, doctorants, étudiants de 2ème cycle) de différentes disciplines en provenance des pays francophones, afin d’examiner ensemble les enjeux, défis, processus, pratiques et innovations caractérisant les nouvelles modalités de découverte, d’accès et de consommation de la production culturelle francophone à l’ère numérique.
