E n 1926, W ittenberg, se basant su r le systèm e de H a rrah (1922) r evisa la fam ille des Cyclocœlidæ Kossack (1911), adm ettant sept trib u s avec seize genres et cinquante espèces dans la sous-fam ille des Gyclocœlinæ Stossich (1920).Un peu après, Joyeux et Baer (1927) groupent les Cyclocœlidæ connus en trois genres : Cyclocæ lum Brandes, 1892, Spaniom etra Kossack, 1911 et T yphlocœ lum Stossich, 1902.Dans le genre Cyclocœlum, ils m ettent quatorze espèces.Le dernier systèm e est plus concis, aussi allons-nous décrire n o tre nouveau m onostom e, suivant le systèm e de Joyeux et Baer.Dans les collections d 'helm inthes rapportés de N anking p ar mon ami, M. W u Hsien-W en, j 'ai trouvé un nouveau m onostom e (Cyclo cœ lidæ ) pro v en ant de la cavité générale d'un oiseau, Microsarcops cinereus Blyth.Il ressem ble au C yclocœlum pseudocotyleum (W itenberg), Joyeux et Baer ( = Uvitellina pseudocotyleum W it.= U. m agniem bria W it.).Mais, en l'exam inant attentivem ent, on rem arque que la form e des testicules, les dim ensions des œ ufs et du pharynx, sont tout à fait différentes chez ces dernières espèces.Je propose p o ur ce nouveau m onostom e le nom de Cyclocœlum (Uvitellina) dollfusi n. sp.et je le dédie à M. R.-Ph.Dollfus qui m 'a donné d'excellents conseils pour diriger m es études.A cette occasion, je n 'oublie pas d 'exprim er m es rem erciem ents à M. le P rofesseur B rum pt, qui m 'a accueilli avec ta n t de bienveillance dans son laboratoire, et aussi à M. le Dr Langeron, qui m 'a beau coup aidé de ses conseils.Description.-Le ver a été m onté en p réparation dans le baum e du Canada p ar m on am i, M. W u H sien-W en.Il est coloré au carm in chlorhydrique et les organes que nous représentons dans la fig. 1 sont bien visibles.Le corps m esure 14 m m .de longueur sur 5 m m .de largeur, à la portion postérieure d'où il s'effile en avant.L a portion antérieure est m oins large que la postérieure.Le bord p ostérieur est arrondi et l'extrém ité an térieure p araît un peu anguleuse.La bouche (391 a), lim itée p ar une m usculature faible, est subterm inale.Elle conduit
