Gabriel Marcoux-Chabot, né en 1982 et auteur de Tas-d’roches, publié en 2015 aux Éditions Druide, a accordé un entretien à L’Année rabelaisienne. Primé par le Prix Ringuet de l’Académie des lettres du Québec et par le Prix Rabelais de la Francophonie, ce roman est sans doute le plus rabelaisien de toute la littérature québécoise en raison de l’abondance des références à la chronique pantagruéline que l’on y trouve.
