Abstract
À mesure que le marché du travail se remet de la pandémie de COVID-19, il est impératif d’évaluer les stratégies que les employeurs canadiens prévoient d’utiliser au cours des prochains mois pour faire face à la pénurie de main-d’œuvre. Cette étude documente les stratégies que les entreprises du secteur privé qui s’attendent à des pénuries de main-d’œuvre au début de 2022 prévoient d’utiliser au cours de cette année pour gérer le recrutement, le maintien en poste et la formation du personnel. Elle examine également dans quelle mesure les plans des entreprises en matière de télétravail et d’horaires flexibles varient d’une industrie à l’autre.
