Maya Williams -- 18-year-old sophomore at Chaffey Jr. College in Ontario, has been named queen of the San Bernardino county fair at Victorville. She lives at 2175 Benito Avenue, Ontario, and was elected on the basis of 1200 points won as a member of the Monte Vista Aggiettes 4-H club. She majors in business at school but studied home economics as 4-H member. Fair starts Aug. 20 through 24. Queen is making school jacket to be exhibited at fair. Robert Fowlkes, 18, of 1196 W. Merrill Street, Fontana, will reign as prince with Princess Maya Williams at 1952 SB county fair at Victorville. He is member of Fontana Cloverleaf 4-H club and was selected on basis of 4200 points earned as 4-h member. He is shown here with pet cow, Blackie, which will be exhibited at fair".
