Abstract
Investigation of hallmarks of COPD and CVD over an 8-month period in Apoe-/- mice exposed to conventional cigarette smoke or to the aerosol of a candidate MRTP, THS2.2. Respiratory physiology measurements using unrestrained whole body plethysmography (FlexiVent system, SCIREQ, Montreal, Canada). This dataset includes measurements at the animal level.
