Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo evaluar la actuación de losorganismos internacionales, que a partir de la firma de la Convención de Ottawa en 1997, han llegado a ser fundamentales para la ejecución de proyectos respecto a las minas antipersonal en Colombia.
