Abstract
This project addresses the barriers faced by equity-seeking researchers, particularly Black individuals in computing, in accessing and utilizing Digital Research Infrastructure (DRI) tools. Through needs assessment, training programs, resource development, and community-focused workshops, it promotes inclusivity by tailoring DRI tools to meet the specific requirements of underrepresented groups. The initiative fosters open science principles, emphasizing collaboration, accessibility, and equity. Key outcomes include a user-friendly guide, a growing network of researchers committed to open science, and actionable strategies to enhance the usability of DRI tools. This work invites further collaboration and input to continue building an equitable digital research ecosystem.
