This species has a wide distribution in the Rif across a wide altitudinal range (144–1421 m). It was mainly caught at the banks of rivers bordered by Nerium oleander, Rubus ulmifolius, Erica sp., and Cistus sp. It was also found in a mixed forest of Quercus faginea, Quercus suber, and Pinus pinaster at 1421 m altitude.
