Abstract

This paper presents orbital resonance analysis of the candidate Planet Nine object predicted by the Resonant Order Theory of Everything (ROTE). The candidate, derived from WISE FITS frame motion near RA 54.032°, Dec –22.032°, exhibits strong alignment with the Neptune 3:7 mean-motion resonance at ~54 AU. Using harmonic φ-scaling and prime-indexed coherence shells, ROTE offers a first-principles explanation for the object's stability and orbital location. This paper includes a comparative resonance plot supporting the claim and lays the foundation for future KBO-based validations.
