Abstract

Raw images of polished epoxy grain mounts (PEGM) and carbon tape grain mounts (CTGM) of pyroclasts from the ~3000 ya Blue Lake Crater eruption (Oregon, USA). Images were acquired at SEM in backscatter mode. Grains range are grouped by grain size -2 ɸ (64-4 mm), 1 ɸ (1-0.5 mm), and +4ɸ (88-63 µm) and then eruptive layer. Information on samples and SEM conditions can be found in Online Supplement 2 of Letier et al. 2025.
