Abstract
Demokratik jamiyatning barqaror rivojlanishi va qonun ustuvorligini ta’minlash uchun sud hokimiyatining mustaqilligi muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Sud mustaqilligi – davlat hokimiyatining boshqa tarmoqlaridan ajratilgan holda faoliyat yurituvchi, faqat qonunga bo‘ysunadigan sud organlarining erkinligi bo‘lib, u fuqarolarning huquq va erkinliklarini himoya qilishda hal qiluvchi rol o‘ynaydi. Ushbu maqolada sud mustaqilligi va odil sudlovning huquqiy asoslari, xalqaro va milliy tajribalar, shuningdek, sud tizimining samarali ishlashiga to‘sqinlik qiluvchi omillar keng qamrovli tahlil qilinadi.
