Abstract
<strong>Fit-FeS</strong> is a spectral decomposition tool that allows semi-quantitative analysis of iron-sulfur clusters by UV-Vis spectroscopy. The provided files contain iron-sulfur reference spectra that can help the end-user analyze their own acquired data. Written in VBA, <strong>Fit-FeS</strong> requires Microsoft Excel's "Solver" add-in to be activated in order to run. This tool can potentially be used to decompose spectra of solutions containing chromophores other than iron-sulfur clusters. This version reads data collected with a wavelength step of 2nm.
