Abstract
The Metastatic Prostate Cancer Project is a decentralized initiative to partner with metastatic prostate cancer patients in the U.S. and Canada to accelerate molecular research. This publication describes clinicogenomic results from the first 706 geographically diverse patient-partners and lays the foundation for sustained and inclusive partnership in this disease. This code is associated with the MPCproject initial publication and reproduces major findings from the paper. This code is replicated and more updated at https://github.com/vanallenlab/mpcproject-paper. This code reproduces all results from the paper except for figures and analyses requiring sample-level germline data.
