OBSESİF KOMPULSİF SEMPTOMLAR İLE UTANÇ, SUÇLULUK VE ALGILANAN STRES ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİDE PSİKOLOJİK ESNEKLİĞİN ARACI ROLÜ

Abstract
<em>Bu araştırmanın amacı, obsesif kompulsif semptomlar ile utanç, suçluluk ve algılanan stres arasındaki ilişkide psikolojik esnekliğin aracı rolünü incelemektir. Çalışmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni Türkiye’de ve Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti’nde yaşayan 18 yaş ve üzeri bireylerden oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise evreni bilinmeyen örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 18 yaş ve üzeri Türkçe konuşan yetişkin 500 kişiden oluşturulmuştur. Bu çalışma, Sosyo-Demografik Bilgi Formu, Psikolojik Esneklik Ölçeği, Vancouver Obsesif Kompulsif Ölceği, Algılanan Stres Ölçeği ve Hatayla İlişkili Suçluluk-Utanç Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Araştırma bulgusunda, obsesif kompulsif ölçeğinden aldıkları puanlar ile hatayla ilişkili suçluluk-utanç ölçeği, algılanan stres ölçeği ve psikolojik esneklik ölçeğinden aldıkları puanlar arasında pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı korelasyonlar bulunmuştur. Katılımcılarda obsesif kompulsif puanları arttıkça hatayla ilişkili suçluluk-utanç, algılanan stres ve psikolojik esneklik puanları da arttığı görülmüştür. Hatayla ilişkili suçluluk-utanç ölçeği puanları ile algılanan stres ölçeği ve psikolojik esneklik ölçeği puanları arasında pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur. Bu alanda daha fazla araştırma yaparak, OKB'nin psikolojik esneklik üzerindeki etkisi daha iyi anlaşılabilir.</em>
