Abstract
Le premier de deux fichiers de microdonnées à grande diffusion de l'Enquête sur la santé dans les collectivités canadiennes (ESCC), nutrition - volet général sur la santé procure des données avec une application Beyond 20/20 intégrée et inclut de l'information sur une grande variété de sujets incluant la nutrition, les activités physiques, l'insécurité alimentaire, la taille et le poids, l'indice de masse corporelle, les vitamines et suppléments minéraux, les problèmes de santé chroniques, l'usage du tabac et l'alcool. Il procure aussi de l'information sur les caractéristiques sociodémographiques, le revenu et les caratéristiques de la population active. Les données ont été recueillies de plus de 30 000 répondants de tous les âges, résidant dans des ménages de toutes les provinces.
