Abstract
The building recording was carried out in accordance with an English Heritage Level 2 survey and in response to a planning condition on planning permission 14/0945/FUL and 13/2277/FUL. The historic building survey has revealed that the hotel was first built as a pair of Victorian dwellings, named Douglas Villas, during the late 1870s to mid 1880s. Following the arrival of the Metropolitan railway line in 1887, which provided a direct overland link to London Baker Street and Marylebone Stations from Rickmansworth, the villas were re-modelled as the Victoria Hotel to take commercial advantage of its close proximity to the new railway and station. This adaptation occurred during 1887-1888, and is marked by issuing of a licence to sell alcohol in 1888, following the rescinding of a licence from the nearby Sugar Loaves public house. The remodelling of the former villas also entailed their enlargement with the addition of a new two storey billiard hall and accommodation block to the rear of the villas and the construction of larger outbuildings, including stabling and a coach house to accommodate road travellers.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.
Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
