Abstract
Qu’on étudie sa présence au sein d’autres textes, ou qu’on la considère comme un genre littéraire à part entière, la chanson est actuellement un objet d’étude particulièrement fertile. Les approches monographiques ou transversales de la chanson sont désormais diverses, appliquant aux chansons les prismes de l’esthétique, de la linguistique, de la sociologie, de l’histoire, des études audiovisuelles, médiatiques ou théâtrales, etc. Dans le cadre du colloque de l’Association des professeur·e·s de français des universités et collèges canadiens (APFUCC), cet atelier portera sur les chansons francophones selon un angle littéraire toutefois ouvert à toutes les approches disciplinaires ou méthodologiques permettant d’explorer ces objets dans leur diversité. Il sera également l’occasion de renouveler le panorama des études sur les chansons francophones dans un contexte canadien, avec des exemples et des enjeux qui peuvent être spécifiques.
