Abstract
The purpose of this project is to examine Canadians’ attitudes toward the Canadian judicial system with specific reference to approval for courts, court curbing, judicial appointments, and perceptions of judicial legitimacy. It seeks to build on past data collection to provide further over-time analysis on the concepts and uses survey experiments to provide new information to clarify the mechanisms that join citizen policy attitudes and preferences toward courts.
