Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In the urban network of the North African medinas, one can distinguish an intricate web of main streets, side streets, in which every individual has the right to circulate, and cul-de-sacs that are considered private co-owned spaces. These circumstances then gave rise to the winding character of large parts of the medina. All this reflects a mental attitude, which is expressed in the owners' tendency to build intimate and domestic places, reserved for the family, trying in every way to limit the view. On this very point, the research underlines the importance of the role played by the family, which strongly influenced urban morphology and the built environment, often prevailing over the very constraints regulated in Islamic legal texts.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
