Why this work is in the frame

A frame that forgets how it found something cannot be audited. These are the routes that admitted this work.

aboutThe title or abstract carries a Canadian signal from the geographic lexicon.
no affNo Canadian affiliation: this work is invisible to an affiliation-only frame.
No Canadian affiliation. An affiliation-only frame, the usual design, would never have seen this work. It is one of the works that make the case for inverting the frame.

Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The deposited data are part of the project "Investigation of water quality changes in river systems used for power generation - modelling of the changes in the elements of ecological status of water" (implementation period: 03.2022 - 02.2026) received from the National Science Centre under the PRELUDIUM program (number 2021/41/N/ST10/01450).Research hypotheses are as follows:• Energy use of rivers affects the water quality (ecological status / potential) of rivers that flow through them. A set goal, familiarization with the literature and available research objects prompted the author of the project to answer this question.• The use of research on changes in water quality and the state of ecosystems within hydropower buildings may be the basis for the analysis of the state of functioning of such facilities, whose energy production should take into account a wide range of natural conditions.• Factors determining changes in water quality and ecological status within hydro-energetic structures and their mutual relations depend on their condition, complexity and local variability. The research was conducted at the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences. The data set contain files packed in a .zip archive. It contains raw data on physicochemical analyses and water quality indices performed within six hydropower plants on the Bóbr River (in the towns of Ciechanowice, Janowice Wielkie, Jelenia Góra, Pilchowice, Kraszowice, Stara Oleszna), in 19 research points. The points are grouped according to their location in relation to hydropower plants, i.e.: R - reference points: 1, 4, 7, 10, 11, 14, 19, U - upstream from the hydropower plants: 2, 5, 8, 12, 15, 17, and D - downstream from the hydropower plants: 3, 6, 9, 13, 16, 18. Each file contains data for a different physicochemical parameter (18 files in total and 1 file about general information) and water quality index (5 files). The results were collected during field studies (in situ) and determined at the Environmental Research Laboratory of the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences (ex situ).Physicochemical parameters of water (file "Physicochemical_raw_data") were determined using the following methods (analyses performed within 24 hours of water collection):- pH - potentiometric method (PN-EN 10523:2012) and pH sensor (tester HI98129; in situ)- Electrical conductivity (EC; µS/cm) - conductometric method (PN-EN 27888:1999) and conductivity sensor (tester HI98129; in situ)- Ammonium nitrogen (NH4-N; mg/L) - spectrophotometric method (PN-ISO 7150:2002)- Nitrate nitrogen (NO3-N; mg/L) - spectrophotometric method (PN-82C-04576/08)- Nitrite Nitrogen (NO2-N; mg/L) - spectrophotometric method (PN-EN 26777:1999)- Kjeldahl Nitrogen (KN; mg/L) - method after mineralization (Se) (PN-EN 25663:2001)- Organic Nitrogen (ON; mg/L) - calculation method (ON = KN - NH4-N)- Total Nitrogen (TN; mg/L) - calculation method (KN+NO3-N+NO2-N)- Total Phosphorus (TP; mg/L) - spectrophotometric method (PN-EN 1189-2000)- Phosphate phosphorus (PO4-P; mg/L) - spectrophotometric method (PN-ISO 6878:2006)- Dissolved Oxygen (DO; mg/L) - electrochemical sensor (ISO 5813:1983 )- Biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5; mg/L) - dilution method (PN-EN 1899-1:2002)- Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD; mg/L) - permanganate method (PN-74/C-04578.03)- Total Suspended Solids (TSS; mg/L) - filtration through glass-fibre filters (PN-EN 872:2007)- Total Dissolved Solids (TDS; mg/L) - filtration through glass-fibre filters (PN-C-04616/01)- Temperature (°C) - temperature sensor (tester HI98129; in situ)The second archive ("Water_quality_indices") includes results for the following water quality indices: the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment Water Quality Index (CCME WQI), the Oregon Water Quality Index (OWQI), the Overall Index of Pollution (OIP), the Dinius Water Quality Index (DWQI) and the Universal Water Quality Index (UWQI).More details about the materials and methods used are provided in the publications associated with the dataset. These data were developed as part of the articles:1) "Small hydropower impacts on water quality: a comparative analysis of different assessment methods"2) "Toxicity indices-based insights for sustainable sediment management in hydropower-regulated river systems"3) "Adapting soil fertility indices to evaluate sediment quality in rivers used for hydropower generation"4) "Integrated Water Quality Indices as Tools for Evaluating Small Hydropower Impacts".

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
