Abstract
مقدمه: ناگویی خلق و عدم درک و ابراز صحیح هیجانات در بیماران مبتلا به حملات شبه صرع، بسیار شایع است. اختلال تشنجات غیر صرعی روانزاد یا حملات شبه صرع، دارای علایمی مشابه صرع است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثربخشی درمان افشای هیجانی همسریاری بر ناگویی خلق در بیماران مبتلا به حملات شبه صرع است.روشها: در این پژوهش، از طرح تجربی تک موردی با خط پایهی چندگانهی ناهمزمان استفاده شد. جمعیت هدف، شامل همهی بیماران مبتلا به تشنجات غیر صرعی روانزاد بود که در سال 1397 به درمانگاههای روانشناسی و مغز و اعصاب شهر اهواز مراجعه داشتند. کارایی درمان افشای هجانی همسریاری به میزان 6 جلسه طی سه مرحلهی خط پایه، درمان و پیگیری، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. سه بیمار به روش هدفمند بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج انتخاب و وارد پژوهش گردیدند. جهت جمعآوری دادهها، از Toronto Alexithymia scale (TAS) استفاده شد. جهت تحلیل دادهها، روش شاخص تغییر پایا (Reliable change index یا RCI)، درصد بهبودی و ترسیم دیداری مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.یافتهها: شاخص تغییر پایا برای متغیر ناگویی خلق در بیمار اول تا سوم به ترتیب 46/4، 72/2 و 83/4 بود. با توجه به (96/1 < RCI)، شاخص تغییر پایا معنیدار بود. همچنین، درصدهای بهبودی به ترتیب برای بیمار اول تا سوم 50، 29 و 52 درصد بود که بیانگر موفقیت درمانی در بیماران اول و سوم و موفقیت نسبی در بیمار دوم بود.نتیجهگیری: درمان افشای هیجانی همسریاری در کاهش ناگویی خلق در بیماران مبتلا به حملات شبه صرع مؤثر است.
