Abstract
هدف:کمردرد یکی از مشکلات رایج، ناتوان کننده و پرهزینه در حوزه سلامت است. یکی از شایع ترین دلایل کمردرد بیرون زدگی دیسک بین مهره ای است. حرکات تکراری، بلند کردن اشیاء به شیوه ی نامناسب، اضافه وزن و آسیب دیدگی با ضربه شدید یا روند پیری می تواند باعث فتق دیسک شود. فتق دیسک زمانی رخ می دهد که دیسک از جای خود خارج شده یا برآمده شود و به عصب ها یا ریشه های عصبی مجاور فشار وارد. لذا هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر 6 هفته تمرینات توانبخشی پیلاتس بر ناتوانی، انعطاف پذیری تنه، قدرت و استقامت عضلات بخش مرکزی در زنان مبتلا به فتق دیسک کمر است.روش بررسی:تعداد 30 زن مبتلا به فتق دیسک کمر به صورت هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفری تجربی (سن 4/3 ± 55/6 سال، قد 0/1 ± 1/61 متر، وزن0/1 ± 66/2 کیلو گرم) و کنترل (سن 6/6 ± 56/4، قد 0/04 ± 1/7 متر، وزن 0/04± 67/4 کیلو گرم( تقسیم شدند. میزان ناتوانی، انعطاف پذیری تنه، قدرت و استقامت عضلات بخش مرکزی به ترتیب با استفاده از پرسشنامه آس وستری (Oswestry)، تست شوبر(Schober)، حرکت هاندرد(Hundred) پیلاتس و تست پلانک جانبی مک گیل(Plank Side McGill) اندازه گیری شد. آزمودنی های گروه تجربی به مدت 6 هفته، هر هفته 3 جلسه و هر جلسه 1 ساعت به تمرین پرداختند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس با اندازه های تکراری و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در سطح خطای 5% و با استفاده از نسخهی 22 نرمافزار SPSS انجام شد.یافته ها:انجام تمرینات پیلاتس به طور معناداری باعث کاهش ناتوانی و افزایش قدرت عضلات بخش مرکزی، انعطافپذیری تنه (ایستادن عادی و اکستنشن تنه)، استقامت عضلات بخش مرکزی (پهلوی چپ و پهلوی راست) بوده است (0/001>p).نتیجه گیری:با توجه به نتایج اثربخش تمرینات توانبخشی پیلاتس، احتمالا می توان از این تمرینات جهت بهبود علائم افراد با فتق دیسک کمر استفاده کرد.
