Abstract
В представленной статье приведены результаты исследования, проведенного в 2017 г. в одном из лучших хозяйств Кировской области, на племенном заводе «СХПК им. Кирова» Оричевского района, где используются высокопродуктивные молочные коровы, потомки голштинских быков со средней кровностью 72,4%. Анализируемые коровы являются дочерями быков из 8 регионов. Большинство составляли дочери быков из Германии. Самый высокий РИБ у 3 быков из Канады. Лучшие показатели по молочной продуктивности отмечены у 10 дочерей-первотелок Омара-М 467825668 из Нидерландов. Удои увеличиваются на протяжении 4 лактаций: во 2-й лактации на 22%, в 3-й на 5%, в 4-й еще на 3,6%. При этом рост удоев не сопровождается ухудшением качества молока: содержание МДЖ и МДБ в молоке увеличивается. Разница между средним и максимальным удоем более заметна у коров старшего возраста. Высокопродуктивные коровы реализовали РИК на 130-162%, РИБ на 93-109%. Между удоем коровы и РИК и между удоем и РИБ выявлена положительная связь на уровне средней (r=0,27-0,4). Коэффициент повторяемости удоя равен 0,330,37. В результате исследований показаны резервы улучшения племенных и продуктивных качеств молочного скота за счет использования быков и коров с высокой племенной ценностью. При грамотном подборе пар, правильной организации раздоя коров не только по первой, но и в последующие лактации можно добиться роста удоев и повышения продуктивного долголетия.Results of the research conducted in 2017 in one of the best farms of the Kirov region on the breeding plant "Kirov" Orichevsky district are given in the submitted article. Where highly productive dairy cows, descendants of the Holstein bulls with an average blood system of 72,4% are used. The analyzed cows are daughters of bulls from 8 regions. Most of them were daughters of bulls from Germany. The highest PIB we observed among 3 bulls from Canada. But the best indicators on dairy efficiency are noted among10 daughters first calves OmaraM 467825668 from the Netherlands. Yields of milk are increased throughout 4 lactations: on the 2nd lactation for 22%, on the 3rd for 5%, on the 4th for 3,6%. At the same time growth of yields of milk isn't followed by deterioration of milk quality: the maintenance of MPF and MPP in milk is increasing. The difference between an average and maximum milk yield is more noticeable at cows of elder age. Highly productive cows have realized RIK for 130 162%, RIB for 93-109%. Between a milk yield of a cow and parental index of a cow (PIC) and between a yield of milk and parental index of a bull (PIB) positive communication at the level of average (r=0,27-0,4) is revealed. The coefficient of repeatability of a yield of milk is equal to 0,33-0,37. As a result of research reserves of improvement of breeding and productive qualities of the dairy cattle due to use of bulls and cows with high breeding value are shown. At competent selection of couples, the correct organization of cows milking not only on the first, but also in the subsequent lactations it is possible to achieve growth of yields of milk and increase in productive longevity.
