Abstract
Bài viết đánh giá sự tham gia của người dân trong xây dựng nông thôn mới tại huyện Cư M’gar, tỉnh Đắk Lắk thông qua việc khảo sát 150 hộ nông dân trên địa bàn xã Quãng Tiến, xã Ea Kpam, xã Cuôr Đăng, huyện Cư M’gar. Kết quả cho thấy một số tiêu chí cơ bản trong 19 tiêu chí xây dựng NTM đã phản ánh khá toàn diện về kết quả xây dựng NTM trên địa bàn huyện Cư M’gar. Người dân đánh giá cao mức độ cải thiện về cơ sở hạ tầng nông thôn, như điện, đường, trường, trạm, cơ sở vật chất văn hoá, nhà ở dân cư…được đầu tư xây dựng khang trang, góp phần làm thay đổi diện mạo nông thôn. Chất lượng cuộc sống cư dân nông thôn được nâng lên so với trước, mức thu nhập đầu người tăng lên, số hộ nghèo giảm dần qua từng năm. Thông qua đánh giá sự tham gia của người dân vào chương trình xây dựng nông thôn mới, bài viết đã đề xuất được một số giải pháp nhằm tăng cường sự tham gia của người dân trong xây dựng nông thôn mới ở địa bàn nghiên cứu trong thời gian tới.
