Abstract
Bangladesh's Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen, a prominent advocate for this initiative, emphasized the shared vision of a visa-free relationship and the need for a more efficient visa application process. At present, the visa application procedure for Bangladeshi citizens traveling to India is often characterized as cumbersome and time-consuming, serving as a roadblock to deeper trade, investment, and people-to-people connections between the two countries.
