Abstract
Dîwân-i-Nâṣir-‘Alî This manuscript is now IO Islamic 1642 in the India Office collections. [metadata: Hermann Ethé, Catalogue of Persian Manuscripts in the Library of the India Office, 2 vols. (Oxford: India Office, 1903): volume 1, number 2192 here with notations and hyperlinks]. 1642 The same. Ghazals, in alphabetical order, interspersed with some rubâ’îs and fards, and concluded by a short series of rubâ’îs, beginning as usual. This very badly-written copy finished in Muḥarram, A.H. 1157 (A.D. 1744, Feb.-March). It belonged formerly to College of Fort William. No. 2192, ff. 76, 2 coll., each ll. 13; Shikasta; size, 81/8 in. by 6 in.
