Abstract
Hemipepsis toussainti (Banks) MEXICO: Veracruz, Huatusco; 27 June 2020, 1143 CDT; G. U. Tejada Sartorius. Host: Cupiennius salei Keyserling (Trechaleidae), adult or subadult male. The wasp pursued the potential host spider on the ground through dense undergrowth (Tejada Sartorius 2020). Five of six host records for H. toussainti from Costa Rica and Mexico are for species of Ctenidae or Trechaleidae, including Cupiennius (Kurczewski et al. 2020). There is one other record of Cupiennius salei from Pueblo, Mexico (Kurczewski et al. 2020).
