Abstract
L'exposé présente les différents modèles économique de la publication scientifique et les problèmes actuels des frais de publication. L'accent est mis sur le modèle Diamant, financé par les institutions et où les auteurs ne payent pas pour publier et les articles scientifiques sont en libre accès sans frais supplémentaires. Cette présentation est à mettre dans le contexte les deux autres interventions de la table ronde. Bibliothèques et information literacy en Afrique.
