Abstract
Yunan-Roma vergi ve gümrük sistemi üzerine çalışan herkes, böylesine karmaşık bir konuya dair son derece eksik olan bilgilerimizi arttırdıkları oranda her yeni belgenin muazzam önemini hemen fark edecektir. Aşağıda ortaya konan değerlendirmeler Lykia’da ele geçen ve genel olarak gümrük uygulamaları hakkında oldukça önemli bilgiler içeren, ama henüz yayımlanmamış olan bir yazıtla ilgilidir. Burada büyük bir stel üzerine yazılmış bir yasa metni (str. 48: κατὰ τοῦτον τὸν νόμον) söz konusudur. Myra’nın liman yerleşimi Andriake’nin limanı civarında, <em>granarium</em>’un yakınında, yazıt yüzü üzerine devrilmiş vaziyette duran yazıt taşıyıcısı 1999 yılında Anadolu Üniversitesi’nden sanat tarihçileri tarafından bulunmuştur. Yazıtın buluntu durumu orijinal olarak dikildiği yerle buluntu yerinin özdeş olabileceğini düşündürmektedir.
