Abstract
This paper introduces a novel interpretation of Alzheimer’s disease through the lens of the Resonant Order Theory of Everything (ROTE). By analyzing hippocampal transcriptomic data, we identify increased phase variance in Alzheimer's samples, suggesting a fundamental breakdown in biological coherence. The findings support a diagnostic and therapeutic framework targeting resonance integrity across mitochondrial, microtubular, and neural networks. This study positions harmonic phase collapse—not amyloid or tau alone—as the root cause of cognitive decline in AD.
