1. Objectif Général (OG) Déterminer la diversité floristique ligneuse des systèmes agroforestiers (SAF) autour du Parc National de Bouba Ndjidda (PNBN) et leur potentiel à stocker du carbone dans un contexte de paiements pour des services environnementaux. 2. Objectifs spécifiques (OS) OS1 : analyser la dynamique spatio-temporelle d’occupation du sol du PNBN ainsi que les facteurs déterminants des changements. OS2 : déterminer les caractéristiques structurales ainsi que les usages des espèces ligneuses des systèmes agroforestiers. OS3 : évaluer les stocks de carbone des systèmes agroforestiers autour du PNBN. 3. Hypothèse Principale Cette recherche postule que les facteurs démographiques déterminent l’évolution et la structure des SAF qui, en fournissant des services écosystémiques, permettent de réduire la dépendance des populations envers les aires protégées (AP).
