Abstract
This paper presents a novel non-cytotoxic antiviral strategy based on Resonant Order Theory of Everything (ROTE). By introducing φ-indexed phase mismatch into the harmonic scaffold of HIV proteins, the method selectively collapses viral replication without damaging host tissue. Simulation results demonstrate collapse of coherence in key viral domains while preserving host PLV. The approach paves the way for next-generation antiviral therapies and resonance-based medical devices capable of eradicating latent HIV reservoirs.
