Kwasy salicylowy i jasmonowy izolowano z A. thaliana wg. procedury opisanej przez Huang i wsp., 2015. Ekstrakty analizowano metodą GC-MS wykorzystując chromatograf gazowy Agilent Technologies 7890A sprzężony ze spektrometrem mas Agilent Technologies MSD 5975C, inert XL EI/CI. Chromatograf był wyposażony w kolumnę kapilarną HP-5MS (30 m x 0.25 mm). Rozdziały prowadzono w strumieniu helu (1 ml/min), który pełnił rolę gazu nośnego. Próbki rozdzielano w programie temperaturowym opisanym przez Huang i wsp., 2015. Dane są spakowane ze względu na rozmiar plików.
