Abstract
L’île aux Basques (latitude 48°07’N; longitude 69°15’O) se situe dans l’estuaire maritime du Saint-Laurent, à 4 km au large de la ville de Trois-Pistoles, Québec, Canada. Longue d’un peu plus de 2 km et d’une largeur ne dépassant pas 0,5 km, cette île de 62 ha est en majeure partie boisée, avec un pré à une extrémité et un petit étang d’eau douce au centre. Ce dépliant contient la liste annotée des 257 espèces d’oiseaux ayant été observées à ce jour à l’île aux Basques elle-même ou au loin à partir de l’île.
