Abstract
De 2012 à nos jours, la zone sahélo-saharienne, s’étendant de l’Afrique de l’Ouest à l’Afrique centrale, a été le théâtre de diverses crises, qui ont ainsi mis à feu et à sang cet espace, en le plongeant dans une effroyable situation d’insécurité. Depuis plus d’une décennie, la région du Sahel est déstabilisée tant sur le plan sécuritaire, politico-militaire qu’économique. Cela engendre, de fait, des crises intercommunautaires, scolaires, socio-économiques, etc. La Revue scientifique de l’École de maintien de la Paix-Alioune Blondin Bèye lance son premier numéro thématique portant sur « Les conflits djihadiste et terroriste dans la bande sahélo-saharienne ». La revue accepte des articles originaux sur les thèmes en rapport avec le djihad et le terrorisme dans le Sahel. Les pistes de réflexion abordées sont, entre autres, les causes du conflit, les acteurs, les enjeux, le climat, la démographie, la santé, la résilience des populations et les accords concernant l’espace sahélo-saharien. Par ailleurs, la revue accepte les articles empiriques, les revues de littérature, les analyses documentaires, etc.
