Cet appel à contributions fait suite au panel « Un renouveau de l’histoire des milieux universitaires au Québec ? Trajectoires inédites et mobilisations des savoirs » qui a été organisé dans le cadre du congrès annuel de l’Institut d’histoire de l’Amérique française. L’appel concerne un numéro thématique qui sera publié dans Revue d’histoire de l’éducation / Historical Studies in Education au printemps 2025. Il a pour but réunir des recherches actuelles sur l’histoire des milieux universitaires (francophones et anglophones) au Québec au XIXe et XXe siècles afin de mettre en relation différentes approches et objets, tout en démontrant la pertinence de considérer les milieux universitaires comme des centres orbitaux, sur les plans pratique et heuristique, pour envisager de futures recherches.
