Abstract
Alors que Julie Jones se rendait au travail un lundi matin, le 4 avril 2017, elle s’est mise à réfléchir à la décision difficile qui l’attendait à la réunion de son équipe prévue plus tard dans la journée. Directrice du service d’accommodement depuis quelques mois seulement, elle était entrée en fonction au beau milieu d’un projet d’implémentation de système. Elle en savait peu sur l’implémentation d’un nouveau logiciel, mais elle savait que sa décision de procéder ou non à la mise en service du système, attendue depuis longtemps et fixée au 9 mai 2017, aurait un impact majeur sur son personnel et la population étudiante de l’International Business and Technology Academy (IBTA) qui comptait sur leurs services.
