Abstract
Cette journée rend compte d’une recherche comparative qui analyse la question de la violence et du harcèlement au travail en Belgique, en France et au Québec au regard de la convention n° 190 de l’Organisation internationale du travail (OIT). L’objectif est d’examiner le droit positif en vigueur et sa traduction dans les accords collectifs. Il s’agit de déterminer dans quelle mesure les partenaires sociaux se sont saisis de cette question afin d’identifier les bonnes pratiques. À la suite de la restitution et de la discussion des résultats du projet, les partenaires sociaux, mandants de l’OIT, seront invités à intervenir autour de l’apport de la convention 190.
